Le Domaine de Loustalviel offers two beautifully restored self-catering holiday gîtes nestled in the heart of southern France.
The Domaine is set in the rolling landscape of Occitanie, near the foothills of the Pyrenees. It boasts three acres of secluded lawns and award-winning gardens for guests to enjoy, along with private terraces for outdoor dining and barbecues. The large heated swimming pool has spectacular views of the mountains.
The surrounding area is home to enchanting medieval villages and towns, vineyards, lakes and prehistoric caves, with activities to suit all ages.
Carcassonne and Toulouse airports are both within an hour’s drive away.

Loustal Beau
Sleeps 4. Loustal Beau is an elegant and spacious converted barn located on the east side of the Domaine. Its soaring ceilings and gallery floors create an open, airy atmosphere filled with light.
L’Ostalet
Sleeps 5. L’Ostalet is a typical Occitanie cottage, located on the west side of the Domaine. It offers secluded gardens, rustic charm and quirky original features.
La Maison de Loustalviel
Sleeps 12. The Domaine’s magnificent main house is available for special events and larger groups. It spans three floors and blends modern comfort with traditional character.
